Project Introduction

Pioneering Environmental Zibo  Co., Ltd. (Zibo Hazardous Waste Project Company) and Eacoon group signed an agreement for the Zibo Medical Waste Disposal Project on November 8, 2019, with a planned investment of 50 million yuan and the use of advanced rotary kiln incineration technology. Build a medical waste disposal production line with a disposal capacity of 6,570 tons/year to completely solve the problem of medical waste disposal in Zibo City.





Working principle of Hazardous Waste Rotary Kiln 


The temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is controlled between 1000 and 1200 degrees Celsius. The secondary air supply device can adjust the residence time of the flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber to ensure that the residence time of the flue gas is greater than 2 seconds and adjust according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber. Air supply volume.

 Flue gas cooling process: In order to quickly cool down the burned flue gas to avoid the regeneration of dioxin, a water heat exchanger and an air heat exchanger are installed after the secondary combustion chamber. After the high-temperature flue gas is exchanged with the water heat exchanger, it enters the two-stage air heat exchanger. The flue gas temperature is quickly reduced from 1100 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius, and enters the subsequent treatment facility; the cold water is heated from 40 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius after heat exchange, and is available for User use.


The cold air is heated from 20 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius through the air heat exchanger and enters the furnace to support combustion, which improves combustion efficiency and saves heat source costs.
