Xinjiang Karamay Power Plant is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the new high-tech west zone natural gas cooling, heating and electricity trigeneration distributed energy station project. This project is a power project encouraged by the state. When choosing the output equipment for heat supply, the customer took dual considerations of production quality and environmental protection into consideration and ultimately selected six 130-ton Eacoon FGR series electronic nitrogen-lowering devices. The design of
Eacoon's FGR series burners is based on the fuel characteristics and environmental protection standards of the Chinese market. The application of dual-core safety control determines that the combustion equipment can be used in a wide range of scenarios and can adapt to various harsh production environments. The combustion efficiency is nearly 100% under the control of high-efficiency technology. Not only does it not increase energy consumption, but it can also save 40% of starting power every year. NOx emissions are less than 30 mg/m³, oxygen emissions can be less than 3%, and noise reduction ratios can reach 30%, providing support for the establishment of China's new energy system and the "double carbon" goal.
