Flame color is abnormal
1. When the gas burning machine finds the color of the flames is abnormal during use, such as yellow fire, black fire, etc., it may be because the gas contains impurities such as scale, rust. At this time, you need to clean up the dirt inside the burning machine or replace the burning machine.
2. If you find that the flame color is too white or yellow, it may be caused by insufficient gas pressure or the burner fire cover is not covered well. At this time, you need to check whether the gas pressure and the lid cover of the burner are blocked. If the above situation is not resolved, you need to ask personnel to repair it.
3. When the color of the flame is reddish in use, it may be caused by gas in the pipeline.

If the gas burning machine is found to be too high during use, it may be due to insufficient fuel burning. At this time, the proportion of gas to air needs to be adjusted. At this time, you need to check the distance between the gas and the distance between the nozzle and the burner. If necessary, you need to change the nozzle.
At this time, you need to check whether the fan is working properly, and you need to clean the fan or replace the fans if necessary.

1. Fan motors are burned or low. At this time, the fan needs to be replaced.
2. Improper adjustment of the wind door. At this time, you need to adjust the distance between the wind door baffle and the nozzle.
3. The pipeline leaks, you need to check whether the pipeline is leaking and clean up.
4. The wind door core is stuck. At this time, you need to replace the wind door core.
