Common faults and solutions of gas burner ignition problem

The ignition system of the gas burner may occur during use. Under the premise that everything is normal, if the gas burner is operated continuously for three times and no ignition is found, it should be judged as a fault of the ignition system. Corresponding routine inspections must be carried out to detect the fault. Detection:

1. Gas source system failure: Regularly check whether the natural gas pressure can be maintained at 3-5kpa. If it is too high or too low, it will cause the problem of ignition. Solution: Adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve and adjust the working pressure.

2. Air inlet system failure: Routinely check the size of the air inlet. When the air inlet is slightly larger, it is very easy to cause the ignition device to fail to turn on frequently.
Solution: Reduce the air inlet size appropriately, but cannot completely close it.

3. Ignition device metal electrode or ignition transformer system failure: If the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition device metal electrode is dirty and in the wrong position, an ignition device system failure will be displayed.
Solution: Test whether the ignition transformer can ignite, clean the metal electrode of the ignition device, and adjust the distance between the ignition devices to maintain 2-3 mm.

4. Gas valve group failure: When the ignition is normal, the valve group will open in time, and the opening sound can be heard. If it fails to open, no flame will be created.
Solution: Routinely check the valve group coil and adjust the valve opening.

5. Ignition controller system failure: All ignition applications are transmitted from the smart controller, and the smart controller is damaged, preventing normal ignition.
Solution: Replace the smart controller.
