Eacoon E-GAS 40/70/105/120P industrial gas burner It is a small commercial model burner with a power range between 48-120KW. It uses the European E brand's ignition and burner control system,and suitable for small steam generators, incinerator, and commercial kitchen etc.
Before starting up the boiler check the following: - gas type and feed pressure; - gas valves closed; - the seals ithe pipe fittings:- gas pipe breather and input pressure;-that the cable complies with the diagram and the phaseand neutral wires correspond:- that the burner shuts down when the boiler thermostat opens; - the seal of theboiler furnace which prevents air from entering; - the seal on the flue-boiler pipe fiting; - the condition of thefue (sealed, free from blockage,etc).lf all these conditions are present, start the burner, The control devicestarts the motor to carry out prewashing of the combustion chamber, During this prewash period (about 30seconds) the device checks that air pressure is correct via the air pressure switch.
