Starting up the burner
PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Before starting up the boiler check the following: - gas type and feed pressure; - gas valves closed; - the seals ithe pipe fittings:- gas pipe breather and input pressure;-that the cable complies with the diagram and the phaseand neutral wires correspond:- that the burner shuts down when the boiler thermostat opens; - the seal of theboiler furnace which prevents air from entering; - the seal on the flue-boiler pipe fiting; - the condition of thefue (sealed, free from blockage, etc).lf all these conditions are present, start the burner, The control devicestarts the motor to carry out prewashing of the combustion chamber, During this prewash period (about 30seconds) the device checks that air pressure is correct via the air pressure switch. Ar the end. it supplies poweito the transformer and opens the gas valves, The flame must be lit and stabilize within 3 seconds, which is the device's safety time limit, Check to ensure the flame is lit before placing any control instrument in the flue.Adjust and check the gas flow necessary for the boiler at the meter, Adjust the air flow according to the gas flowto obtain correct combustion.
IMPORTANT ADVICE
Al adiustable parts must be fixed by the installer after making adjustments. Check flue combustion after eachacjustiment. The CO2 values must be approx. 9.7 (G20) 9.6(G25 11.7 (13B) 11.7 (13P) axld the CO must be less than 75ppm.

Circuit connectionAll burner manufacturing plants test the motor at 400V, 50Hz three-phase power: 230V, 50Hz single-phase poweisupply conditions test auxiliary equipment, lf the power supply is 230V, 50Hz three-phase, then change the positiorof the connector on the burner as shown. Secure the burner wires with a safety fuse or any other device that meetsnational safety standards.
Gas piping connectionAfter connecting the gas piping to the burner, it is necessary to make sure that the piping is completely sealed andoes not leak. And make sure the chimney is not blocked. Open the gas ball valve and check the air pressure value bchecking the pressure gauge. Start the entire system and adjust the thermostat to obtain the desired temperatureWhen the thermostat is closed, a leak detector checks each valve for leaks: finally the burner reaches start-up.
