Characteristics of fully premixed burnerA fully premixed burner means that the natural gas is mixed with sufficient gas in front of the burner, and the combustion method of providing gas is no longer needed in the combustion process. The flame of fully mixed combustion spreads quickly, and the engine combustion chamber's lightweight thermal compressive strength is very high, usually up to 28~56*102Kw/㎡ or higher, and can be achieved with a small excess air coefficient. Sufficient combustion, there will be almost no incomplete combustion of organic chemicals. Therefore, the temperature of the combustion environment is high, ensuring that the air velocity at all points on the burner exceeds the rapid propagation of the flame at lower loads. At the same time, the balance of each air component also ensures the balance of the flame on the surface of the burner, preventing the flame from being too long on the surface of the burner and touching the surface of the heat exchanger to cause incomplete combustion.
2. The full premixed burner method reasonably and effectively reduces the emission of pollutants.1) Fully premixed burner reduces carbon monoxide concentration
From the production principle of carbon monoxide, we know that carbon monoxide is a central product formed by the oxidation of nitrogen-containing fuel. The nitrogen initially contained in the fuel will first be oxidized into carbon monoxide and further oxidized into co2. Tests have confirmed that at the temperature of the flame, if there is sufficient oxidation and residence time, the concentration of carbon monoxide will drop to a very low level after the chemical reaction. Because the fully premixed burner has completed the balanced mixing of natural gas and excess gas before combustion, it can ensure to a large extent that there are sufficient oxygen molecules around each natural gas molecular structure. Therefore, the carbon monoxide emission concentration value of the fully premixed burner is very low.
2) The fully premixed burner reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides
First of all, the fully premixed burner does not form fuel-type nitrogen oxides; on the other hand, the fully premixed combustion does not form rapid nitrogen oxides; the fully premixed burner reduces the concentration of ambient temperature type nitrogen oxides.
